  The Gucci in the shops of wailea is known to have the worst customer service ever. The manager kristi is obnoxious and unprfoffesional who clearly has no control of the store employees. When the manager kristi is telling you that Gucci is known for having common imperfections in their handbags then you know the bags are complete crap. Save your money and go else where.

  I went in to buy a belt and had a great experience. The sales person look like a super model and he was super professional and had extensive product knowledge. I really appreciate these kind of people.
